Privacy and technical logs

ScoreSeed keeps a limited technical access log for security, abuse prevention and operational diagnosis.

Access data retained

For requests handled by the application, the log contains the IP address, date and time, HTTP method, application route/path, response status and, when the visitor is signed in, the associated account reference.

The access log does not store form contents, lyrics, MIDI data, compositions, uploaded files or passwords.

Retention

Access-log entries are retained for a rolling period of 30 days. Older rows are deleted automatically by the application.

The access journal is available only from the administration area.
